From the 2-person practice to 1,000-person audiences, Karen helps healthcare professionals enhance their safety and compliance systems.
Karen has authored articles and continuing education courses, and is a proud member and former event co-chair of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP). She is a member in good standing with Dental Speakers Bureau and Dental Speaker Institute.

Karen graduated from and worked at the Ohio State University as the Assistant Director for the Sterilization Monitoring Service and then as the Clinic Health and Safety Director for the College of Dentistry. She continued her education by earning an MBA with a focus on Management and Healthcare Administration.
