After becoming a dental hygienist in 2006 Leigh Ann was drawn to learning everything possible about what makes dental teams work synergistically, with both effectiveness and efficiency, through collaboration and accountability. Her leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills have been refined through her work with the Arbinger Institute and also the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Being a part of something ‘bigger than herself’ is a driver in her daily work. The bonus of all of this is that dentistry is truly the greatest profession on earth!
