Practices everywhere are dealing with new challenges created by the COVID-19 crisis including seeing a record number of uninsured patients due to job losses, declining production due to patient distancing, additional production slowdowns forecasted for Q4, and increased costs due to infection control. And insurers have done nothing to help. In fact, they continued to collect premiums while dental offices were closed and have done very little to help dental practices offset the increased costs of infection control. Now more than ever is the time to implement a membership plan at your practice. Or, if you already have a plan in place, it is time to evaluate its effectiveness and ensure you follow best practices for success. A membership plan enables you to offer budget-friendly care to uninsured patients, improve treatment acceptance, significantly increase production, generate recurring cash flow, and take control back from insurers. Listen to this podcast to hear from industry experts why a properly designed and managed membership plan is critical to your practice’s immediate and long-term success. Learn the secrets to maximizing patient participation and reducing your front office team’s time spent on membership plans.
